Prasad Institute of Technology (PIT), Jaunpur was established in 2002. The institute is approved by AICTE, Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India, Government of Uttar Pradesh and affiliated to GBTU, Lucknow formerly known as UPTU, Lucknow. The institute has been managed by Prasad Educational Trust with an aim to impart excellent technical education in the field of engineering, technology, pharmacy and management. The institute insists on developing students into efficient technocrats in their selected pursuits by guiding them to build their insights abilities and way of right thinking.
