Management

For BBA Program

1.Admission to this program will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination.
2.The candidates short-listed based on their merit will be called for the counseling to be held at the SRM University premises in Kattankulathur 603 203, Chennai.

For MBA Program

1.Admission to this program will be on the basis of performance in SRM Common Admission Test (SRMCAT) conducted by SRM University. However candidates with valid score in GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT also can apply and will be considered for admission.
2.Merit list will be prepared, candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview and selection will be made.

For Integrated MBA Program

1.Admission to this program will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination.

Nationality

The applicant for admission should be a resident Indian national and
1. Should have studied in schools located in India in the preceding two years for admission to Undergraduate program.
2. Should have studied in educational institutions in India and completed their qualifying examination.

B.Tech - Kattankulathur Campus

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent and
(a) For all programs: Minimum 65% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
(b) For Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering and Genetic Engineering: Minimum 65% aggregate in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

B.Tech - Ramapuram Campus

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent and
(a) For all programs: Minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry
(b) For Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering and Genetic Engineering: Minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics / Biology, Physics and Chemistry.

B.Tech - Vadapalani Campus

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent and
(a) For all programs: Minimum 60% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent and

B.Des.

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent in academic stream having a minimum total aggregate of 65%.
B.Des - Directly in Second Year under Lateral Entry
A pass with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Diploma (10+3) in Architectural Assistanship or Civil Engineering or Fine Arts.

B.Arch.

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent having a minimum total aggregate of 65% with English and Mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 Diploma (Any Stream) recognized by Central/State Government with 65% aggregate marks.
B.Des - Directly in Second Year under Lateral Entry
A pass in National Aptitude test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.

No separate entrance examination will be conducted by SRM University. However, the candidates have to apply in the prescribed application form for admission to B.Arch. program.

B.Arch.

A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent having a minimum total aggregate of 65% with English and Mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 Diploma (Any Stream) recognized by Central/State Government with 65% aggregate marks.
B.Des - Directly in Second Year under Lateral Entry
A pass in National Aptitude test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture.

No separate entrance examination will be conducted by SRM University. However, the candidates have to apply in the prescribed application form for admission to B.Arch. program.

For MBA Program

1.Admission to this program will be on the basis of performance in SRM Common Admission Test (SRMCAT) conducted by SRM University. However candidates with valid score in GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT also can apply and will be considered for admission.
2.Merit list will be prepared, candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview and selection will be made.
